Return Policy

On this page you will find information on our return policies, shipping policies, frequently asked questions and scenarios, as well as our privacy policy.

Please reach out to us if you are not 100% satisfied, and one of our Tea Specialists will be happy to help.

If we make any mistakes in your order, we will be happy to correct your order. 


If you're not completely satisfied with your tea, please contact us, and one of our Tea Specialists will be happy to help. There are many ways to prepare and enjoy tea, so our first priority is to guide you through tea preparation to enhance your experience. If you still wish to return your tea, we have separate policies for opened and unopened products. Please note that sample bags are the only items that cannot be returned. If a return is initiated without notification, Intensify Tea Company cannot guarantee a refund.

Return Unopened Tea

For unopened tea, reach out to us within 15 days of purchase to initiate a return. We will send you a return shipping label to return the product. You will be responsible for packaging the product back up safely (we recommend you keep the original packaging the product was sent in for ease of return). Once we receive the returned product and verify it hasn’t been opened or used, we will initiate a refund for the product cost minus the return shipping charge ($5.95).

Return Opened Tea

Opened Tea are only returnable if they are unopened and the packaging is fully in tact within 15 days of purchase. Opened Teas are non-returnable.

For All Returns

For all returns, please allow 3-5 business days after your return has reached our facility for us to complete the return process. After the return process is complete, we will refund the method of payment that was originally used to make the purchase. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take several business days to post to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@intensify.life.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Due to their policies, FedEx and USPS do not guarantee delivery dates. We do not offer refunds for missed delivery dates.

Due to nationwide extreme weather, shipping delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and support!

  • We offer free shipping on orders $49+ using USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground services.
  • Orders that don't meet free shipping requirements are charged $4.95 for shipping using USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground services.
  • Free shipping available ONLY in the United States.

FedEx 2 Day & Overnight

  • FedEx 2Day is a flat $11.95 charge (U.S. Only).
  • FedEx is only available to physical USA addresses, not PO Boxes.

My Package Is Lost / Stolen / Sent To The Wrong Address

Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered before actually delivering the item. We recommend waiting until the next day at around 5pm. If you still haven't received your order, please contact us.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it's in the shipping carrier's hands. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We do not issue refunds for missing, stolen, or wrong address packages.
